World Class PlatformsCode with Arduino® + MATLAB®: a match made in heaven. The Arduino board provides a simple and inexpensive method of electronically connecting with sensors and capture real-world data as and when it is generated. MATLAB®'s raw computational prowess and plethora of sophisticated scientific software libraries allow one to analyze this real world data and convert it into information; to answer difficult engineering and scientific questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do matduino.com Educator packages work?
Educator packages are a one-time purchase. Professors and educators will be able to customize the content of the package by selecting which sensors they want to cover. All content is available immediately for download. The Educator package is non-refundable.
Will students need any special software/hardware/books?
All the code is written by using core MATLAB and no toolboxes are used, in order to truly reveal all functionalities to our users. As such, all you need is basic MATLAB without any toolbox purchases. No books are needed as all the relevant content is provided in the text-based tutorials and videos. Hardware can be purchased at an additional cost via Sparkfun, Digikey, or Pololu.
What material will be covered in the two different packages?
Choose the material that complements your course focus. Choose three sensors in the Explorer Plan and six sensors in the Deep Impact Plan!
What level of MATLAB® and Arduino® skills does the material cover?
The curriculums are for beginner and expert MATLAB® and Arduino® levels through our Explorer and Deep Impact plans, respectively.
What will the webinars cover?
The Deep Impact monthly webinars will feature prominent speakers in the community along with professors and students whose work will be featured during the events.
What does the module material contain?
Each module page provides curricular material, videos and code. The videos run no more than 10 minutes and feature content aligned with sensors and hardware, and associated physics and statistics. The codebase corresponds to all the curricular material and videos.
